Chances & Changes, Inc. is dedicated to supporting survivors of domestic violence through comprehensive and compassionate services. Our mission is to empower individuals by offering free and confidential resources, including emergency shelter, personalized safety planning, legal advocacy, and a 24-hour support hotline. With the help of community contributions, we strive to create a safe and nurturing environment for those in need, fostering resilience and hope for a brighter future.

We accept applications on an ongoing basis. Send your resume to [email protected] or call 585-658-3940. We also welcome volunteers for the hotline, shelter and at events.

Shelter Support

Provide support and advocacy for individuals in our emergency shelter. Must be compassionate and have strong communication skills.

Court Case Managers

Assist survivors with navigating the legal system. Experience in legal advocacy preferred.

Hotline Support

Answer calls on our 24-hour hotline, providing crisis intervention and support. Training provided.
